@Grify No, but that is a good idea. I should try it.

ffmpeg in videoshow
posted to Ask by AtticusKuhn

@MrEconomical I believe ffmpeg does not work on repl.it because of https://stackoverflow.com/questions/58450225/repl-it-and-ffmpeg and https://repl.it/talk/ask/ffmpeg/6863/18112. If there is a way of turning images and audio into video, that is my final goal.

event listener in for loop
posted to Ask by fyreco

It is because when I is called, it is 9 when it is called. To fix this add a function such as list(i) that just assigns event listeners.

How do allow requests from only 1 page on socket.io?
posted to Ask by RohilPatel

My suggestion is to set the headers in cors such that it only accepts from certain domains. I don't know your code, but you could do something like io.set( 'origins', 'https://Node-stuff--rohilpatel.repl.co:*' );
I am unsure of whether that would stop the botting, because they could do it from the chrome dev console. I think you should implement repl auth, which is not hard to do if it is in node.js.

Cookie Functions
posted to Share by josef24

I suggest using markdown in your post to make it more visually appealing. For example, instead of
function addCookie(name, value, expires) {
var dt = new Date;
dt.setTime(dt.getTime() + (expires2460601000));
document.cookie = name=value; + expires;
console.log("Sucessfully created cookie " + name);
}
, you could write

function addCookie(name, value, expires) {
  var dt = new Date;
  dt.setTime(dt.getTime() + (expires2460601000));
  document.cookie = name=value; + expires;
  console.log("Sucessfully created cookie " + name);
}
