					<li><a>1:<br>Camera must have a direct URL or IP address. (ex. 10.20.30.40:8080, mycamera.org:8080)<br> Cameras from brands like Foscam, Panasonic, Axis, and Hikivision have this feature.</a></li>
					<li><a>2:<br>Camera owner must have an email address.<Br>If this ever changes, please notify Crowdcam as soon as possible.</a></li>

					<a>To get your camera onto Crowdcam, just email Crowdcam with:</a>
					<li><a>The URL/IP address of your camera.</a></li>
					<li><a>The username and password of your camera.<br>(Your camera's username and password will not be disclosed)</a></li>
					<li><a>The city your camera is located in (Optional)</a></li>
					<li><a>The name of the camera owner (Optional)</a></li>
					<li><a>The amount offered as reward for spotting a <br>crime or suspicious activity (Optional/Recommended)</a></li>
          <a>Lastly, a $10 flat fee through Paypal is required to post your camera.</a>

					<a><br><br>Once your email and transaction are received by Crowdcam, <br>you will receive a response email from Crowdcam with a six-digit reward <br>code. If you receive an email from anyone with a screenshot <br>and your reward code, something suspicious has been spotted!</a>
