Guys, I wanna be a software engineer. Which programming language should I learn? I have already started learning Python 3.

I suggest learning Nodejs. It is super expandable since it can be used for web servers, client-side apps, CLI apps, and can even be packaged into an executable!

@Vandesm14 thanks for the reply. So what can I do with this language? Can I make games or build websites or do something else? And is it hard?

@OSMAN_YIGITYIGI If you already understand Javascript, it pretty easy since Nodejs is just a form of JS. You can create web servers, granting you the use of HTML forms and websockets. You can also build websites and serve files too!

@Vandesm14 so I think, you are trying to say: “First, learn Javascript. Then learn this language.” Am I wrong?

@OSMAN_YIGITYIGI Well, yes. Nodejs IS Javascript, but has more to it. So Javascript should first be understood before Nodejs.

Java, due to the speed, and it's energy efficiency. It also is object oriented.
