Ok, so this thread is basically 2 questions:
1: When is there going to be an actual PHP service, like a .php site, not just programming in ONLY php?
2: Why does my Chromebook download the php site I made instead of loading it?
Just really curious, because I'm making this app called Sheep Clicker and I want to add a server-side accounts service for saving your bags of wool and stats. Thanks.
EDIT: My chromebook can open PHP files on the PHP manual site, so it's not a device problem, it's REPL.it
We made some updates to PHP (well, we made two new "languages"):
https://repl.it/languages/php_cli - New and improved PHP language for command line interface shenanigans. Supports multiple files.
https://repl.it/languages/php7 - PHP Web servers! Just like other hosted repls, this allows you to write websites using PHP.
