Strange ERROR

I don't know what is hapening but I see to get an error that has nothing to do with my code in "".

So, please HELP!

My code:
def sorted_LLIST(l2d):
sortedlist = []
for row in (l2d):
return l2d

sorted_LLIST([[4, 2, 3, 4], [0, 5, 3, 2], [-5, -2, 13, 4],
[12, 11, 30, -20]]))

it just works? If you created a python 3 repl then it should work.

I new that this is a solution, but I had many project file in my file tree, with parts of code I wanted to reuse and I waned to still have it in my tree.
However I found some sort of solve and posted it in a comment for "@liltaco"

Apaprently the "" was forced in project mode. I not sure why, but I believe it was because i called function named "func_STR_ins_or_del" from a file that had a .py extension like ""
I read in the help of that calling a .py fille will force your to go in project mode.
To go back in Eval Mode I had to delete all the extensions of my project from the file tree.
According to help docs "In eval mode, you can evaluate code from the console (including values declared in your program)."
