What is polygott?
Vandesm14 (2324)

I have heard of Polygott from a Repl Talk post which mentioned it as a root access for Linux. What is Polygott and how can I use it with my Nodejs projects?

Old Languages:

Python has a python image
Node has a node image
C has a C image

Polygott Languages (eventually):

Python uses polygott image
Node uses polygott image
C uses polygott image

Node has access to python and C binaries, etc etc

@ProgrammerAI Before, languages each required their own virtual machine image, which included different dependencies and such. With the polygott image they'll all be on the same image, having access to each others' dependencies.

Polygott, to my understanding, is essentially a way of making makefiles and such on and to have multiple different languages running in conjunction. I'm sure there's more to it than that, though.
