I'm fairly new to putting up my own servers, I got wordpress server running with XAMPP on windows and want to move it to a Pi so it's a dedicated headless device on the network that I I've tried to follow a few tutorials but the site keeps being buggy. I followed one tutorial and It seemed to be working great, but I realized the site was going down randomly and I was getting "500" internal server errors showing up that I couldn't figure out how to troubleshoot, I tried to follow a different tutorial that was made for Debian specifically and then it was really buggy. I couldn't install any add-ons or update or upload anything.
So yeah, is there a guide that anyone can recommend? Bonus points if it also includes how to host multiple sites off the same host.
@Coder100 Well, the first time the site would seemingly randomly go down for seemingly no reason, I'd initially seemingly randomly get 500 errors when trying to upload, but then it would happen every time I tried to upload a file and it would just fail with a 500 error showing up in the network tab of the browser's dev tools.
The second time, I followed a tutorial that was debian specific, rather than raspberry pi specific (I figured since raspbian was based on debian, so maybe that would work better) and then none of the file upload related features worked, which makes me sure I did something wrong getting the LAMP set up. So I'm wiping the pi's SD again and reinstalling raspbian lite again, and trying again with a less pi specific guide hoping that will mean I can get one that is more updated. I'm sure the issues is the guides I'm using are just old and outdated.
