You are using pip version 19.0.3, however version 19.2.3 is available.
You should consider upgrading via the 'pip install--upgrade pip' command. package installation failed!

Most of the time you can ignore it. Is there a module you need to install which somehow only works on 19.2.3?

@ash15khng I don't think there's a module that I need that only works on 19.2.3. Everything ran on 19.0.3 (numpy, pandas, tensorflow, etc). If I can't figure this out, I'm just going to move over to colab ( or Eclipse Che ( which is really I've been trying to fix this environment for past few hours... just easier to move over to colab or redhat/che.

@ash15khng I really think this is something the admins at need to sort out...
