The theme & our grand prize
You might have heard that our grand prize is 1BTC ($3,829.00 USD... give or take depending on the day!). In light of that, the theme is cash. Crypto, fiat, paper, coin... whatever cash means to you. ;-)
How to submit
Submitting is easy! All you have to do is:
- Start a project by picking a language/framework. We recommend checking out Pygame, LOVE2D, Tkinter, and Java Swing.
- Share your repl on the challenge board
Make sure to do this by April 18, 2019 at 11:59 PM PST.

How to work in a group
You can submit individually, but for this challenge, you’re also more than welcome to submit as a group. Groups can collaborate together in real time using Multiplayer—learn more about how to use it here.

I really love this website. I really do. It is such a great tool for people with no experience to just sit down and start trying. There's no downloads or installs, no terminal commands, no nothing, just make an account and go. It's such a great idea to give to the world. However, I have 1 tiny hitch about this new multiplayer system. I think it works too much like... An actual multiplayer system. I don't want to have to wait for my coding partner to be online for me to edit it (we're developing the website for our school's robotics team), I want to be able to edit the document in real time regardless of whether he's online or not. If I understand correctly, there is a cooldown time if the owner of the document does nothing, in which case the connection is shut down. If multiplayer could instead be replaced with something like google docs' share and use whenever feature, that would turn this near perfect website to be even nearer perfect.
That's my two cents, anyways.
is the 1BTC prize only for the best overall game? if so, are there prizes for any of the other categories?
@KatyaDelaney Are the winners based of upvotes? If so, I think that is unfair because the people who submit later on, their project are at the bottom of the list. If anyone wants to see their game, they have to press see more or whatever. And as @h3xed said earlier, can we accept the prize as money instead of a bitcoin if we win?
I have 2 questions:
1) Can we use any programming language?
2) Can we use frameworks?
Do you desire to become more wealthy? Is life just not giving you what you want it to? Maybe you need to go on a journey for 6 small payments of $29.99. Journeys have worked out magnificent for our former customers including Odysseus and John F. Kennedy. Both were lifelong members of our subscription base. 6 small payments of $29.99 shouldn’t stop you from seeking glory, self-realization, and just plain survival. These 6 payments may just be the only obstacle stopping you from becoming who you want to be.
Hmm... what to use...
If we do win, can we take the pize as money instead of a bitcoin? I'm pretty sure most of us don't know how to use a bitcoin.
Did you all extend the deadline to the 19th?
I'm interssted, but I have absolutly no idea what a cash themed game could be. An ATM simulator? I dont think so.
I have a lot of ideas for the theme money, but that's obviously not the same. Can anyone give me an idea to initiate my inspiration?
Hey there was this game called "The camel" It has been plagiarized from me. when I created it. He/she took all credit. while I had been taking my time in school on this project and I was going to upload it on the challenge board so you can see it. I call it "The Camel Game".
