Hacking would be gaining illegal access to the computer and compromising it.

I highly doubt someone could just "hack" their sibling's computer and manually open a webpage; you would have to establish a connection to the computer's OS and remotely execute a command to open a tab containing the website. This can be done through malware (by establishing a backdoor) which would probably end you up in so much trouble you would wish you never even thought of the idea (or me mentioning it XD).

Better to just open the tab for your sister while she is taking a break and sit back/laugh as she sees the ugly website (LOL sorry bwoop).

@bwoop Phew, thank goodness you didn't say programming language. HTML is actually a markup language. The major difference is that HTML doesn't have logic while programming languages do.

Yeah, web design is great but I wish I was better at it.
