Honestly I have no idea what this is. It appears to be some kind of manifesto about OOP and how it can be improved, but the writing is so strange that I can't make sense of it. It seems they tried to implement this first in Python and then in C++ but didn't get very far.
Seems they wrote an interpreter for a simple language.

I would put the langs that are useless or serve basically no purpose here too, but that would probably be insulting.
