Hey There's a small bug in your code
If you decrease the number of questions to negative the program runs indefinitely.
Try showing an error message when the user goes below zero questions.

But this isn't a great place to start for web development because it's bundled, making it unreadable. Plus, it uses MaterialUI and React which might be beyond the scope of what you want to learn.
However, I recommend using SQL for your database work; SQLITE3 is the easiest to get started. SQL is a relational database language that's similar to English and relatively easy to learn.
Anyways, good luck with learning web development.
