@CodingCactus I can't seem to get a good score on the new test for some reason, only about 100 when I am definitely typing much faster than 100 wpm, could be internet lag or smth

CodingCactus (2074)

@MrEconomical hmmm.. I'll check the calculations as well

CodingCactus (2074)

@MrEconomical should I do it like nitro type and divide the number of letters by 5 rather than using the actual number of words in that string?

CodingCactus (2074)

@MrEconomical oh, lol i didn't realise you were supposed to do it like that :)

AmazingMech2418 (485)

@CodingCactus A word in the area of typing is just 5 letters, not an actual word.

AmazingMech2418 (485)

@HahaYes In typing, a word refers to 5 letters, not an actual word. I think it is because 5 letters is the average length of a word.

HahaYes (144)

@AmazingMech2418 Yeah I was confused because I didn't read the whole thing, but good morning!

CodingCactus (2074)

@AmazingMech2418 wait, is it the amount of letters or characters (including spaces) that are divided by 5?

AmazingMech2418 (485)

@CodingCactus Characters including spaces I think...

CodingCactus (2074)

@AmazingMech2418 ok, good because I'm just doing len()

AmazingMech2418 (485)

@CodingCactus Shouldn't you reset the leaderboard now though?

CodingCactus (2074)

@AmazingMech2418 why? oh, the new measuring method. Nah, because you get a better score now, so it's not like you will win on the other calculations
