@katyadee Is it alright to make a desktop app, post it on Dropbox, then create small website on repl.it with the Dropbox link for others to download. I would provide all the code for the app in repl.it project where the website is located too, but it won't actually be used by the website.

@ryanhcode Alright, that limits me a lot though :(

@GrinInTheBin Hey Grin, why does it limit you? Happy to help any way I can.

@katyadee It is the core functionality that I can build and the right logic that I have developed, since I am relatively new to programming. I did lots of cool and very different things, but I have not really mastered them, so I try to fit all those chunks into something fully functional and so far it has worked fine for me. The problem is, I can build the app's functionality, but it is the GUI I am having trouble creating. And repl.it makes it harder for me because it pretty much forces me into building a web app (since this is a competition and user friendliness is the key, so the console apps are no option), where I have to be proficient at html, css, communication between python and javascript, storing data... I have built an app in electron framework, but even then I did not have to face too much of the web stuff such as uploading files, playing audio in the browser and so on. Anyway, thanks for offering help, but is just a long path of learning in front of me so I could do competitive repl.it-ing. Btw. it is a real bummer there is no audio in repl.it with just some plain python, had a cool idea of converting song lyrics into morse code sounds with some beat in the background...
